For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Users" refers to both individual users and the organizations or employers they represent when using 3S products and services.

Where a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement exists between 3S and a user or organization, the terms of that agreement shall govern and take precedence in the event of any conflict with this Privacy Policy.
